Pros
Honestly none, would give less than 1 star if I could.
Cons
Long hours, poor treatment from direct management, unrealistic expectations, no real training, your mental health will decline rapidly, within the first few months I had to go on medication to help control it. No work life balance. You're basically expected to be on call all the time and answer your chats and emails at any hour of the day otherwise it looks like you don't care enough and will be frowned upon. Additionally if you work overtime (which you will all the time) you will not be compensated for it. No culture. No happy hours, team bonding or anything to make you feel like a human outside of your job. Work space is horrible and a joke if you go you probably won't even have a monitor to work on. I literally cannot hear the words Bergdorf Goodman or walk in that general area without having extreme PTSD and becoming extremely anxious even though I have now left and have a healthy job. Especially if you are just starting out in your career, do NOT do this to yourself. The name is not worth it I promise you. Nothing you will get from this job will be worth how you feel at the end and start of each day simply just from working here.
