      You get off early on Fridays

      Cons

      You are required to develop new business from their existing contacts/leads. All there existing contacts/leads HATES this company so you can’t secure new business. Also, they’re really selfish when it comes to paying the independent drivers. They find any excuse not to pay the independent drivers the amount agreed upon.

      Used to be opportunity for advancement

      Cons

      Caters to men; women are fine to work any position as long as there are no complaints against a male peer. The company discretely lets go women if they make complaints about gender discrimination. These complaints are not taken seriously.
