      Pros

      Feels like a small family business. They are relaxed and can cut up jokes, but still maintain a focus on work performance. If you want a relaxed place to work hard it’s a great place to settle in and work long term

      Cons

      Spouse is not offered on health insurance, only employee and dependents. That turns a lot away.

      You get off early on Fridays

      Cons

      You are required to develop new business from their existing contacts/leads. All there existing contacts/leads HATES this company so you can’t secure new business. Also, they’re really selfish when it comes to paying the independent drivers. They find any excuse not to pay the independent drivers the amount agreed upon.
