Pros
Overstock.com pays higher than any call center I've come across. The benefits are excellent! Overstock.com is #2 best customer service, It shows in the way us employees are treated here. We are treated with respect, there's lost of communication and that in turn affects the customer service that is provided to all of our customers! This company has lots of room for advancement, you really have to apply yourself and make sure you voice where you want to go.
Cons
Definitely high school like atmosphere here. But that is expected with a call center. Definitely something easy to get over though.
