Compensation increases could be more competitive over time

I've had the amazing opportunity to interview and now work for Blakehurst! From start to finish, the experience has been excellent. I've never worked for a company that has constantly stayed in touch with me to check in and see how my experience has been thus far as well as personally sent me welcome baskets and lunches throughout my first week, etc. Every employee I've encountered from my first interview until now as a new team member has smiled, said welcome and has asked me if I need anything and can help. Everyone genuinely enjoys their work, take it seriously and loves the residents! Blakehurst is an amazing workplace & I will recommend to everyone who is serious about creating a great workplace.
