Too much responsibility for too little pay. Paid a salary based on a 40 hour work week, and you will never only work 40 hours. The only times I have stayed even close to a 40 hour week is on 4 day work weeks and even then still go over 40 trying to make up for the extra day off. Don't get me wrong, I think it is great to have a holiday off, but on the short weeks nothing changes in the amount of work you have to do, just the time you have to do it in.
