Decent pay but toxic sales environment and poor leadership - Account Executive Block Employee Review

Very toxic environment within the sales org, lot of reps cheating the system and HR allowing it. Little operational support and moving goal posts make it difficult to hit quota. Most reps churn within a year as 10% hit the quota. Leadership is a mess hiring the head of sales friends rather than best candidates. Most of leadership is old BDRs that never sold the product
