Pros

Great pay and bonuses. Great Coworkers.

Cons

I worked here almost 5 years I was happy & a very good producer but because Bloom lost a big contract I was furloughed 12/8/25 for a month. Right before Christmas. I came back 1/5/26 and was given a 30hr part time shift until April 1st. Then came the next furlough. They actually expected us to stick around on furrlough until September 1st. 6 months to wait around unable to use our licenses only to most likely be furloughed again exactly the same the following year. It was shocking. I luckily almost immediately got a job with a very big stable company quickly and I know they can keep me employed year round, but it was really sad to be treated that way.

Pros

The only good thing is it was remote and they provided equipment.

Cons

They pay unlivable wages, I made $14 an hour and was expected to take on the responsibilities on multiple projects especially after each layoff. There is no job security so you feel like you have to keep taking more and more work to keep your job. Felt like we were made to go unnecessarily hard on agents when giving quality reviews with the ridiculous expectations that were put on them. Even though it is remote you will feel the micromanagement and need to always be faster and faster and faster.
