      They are always looking for ways to improve as a company. There are plenty of ways to grow in the company and a variety of departments for many different skill sets. The leadership (including the CEO) is attentive to the needs of everyone around them.

      It's hard to think of any cons! The work can be difficult and stressful at times, but the challenge makes it fun.

      Pros

      Good products and good install teams and support from corporate

      Cons

      The training is not very good and the leads they give you are terrible. Lots of appointments with people that cancel at the last minute or just don’t answer the door.
