Untrustworthy - Solar Sales Consultant Blue Raven Solar Employee Review

Before I get into the cons, go ahead and look at the 4/5 star reviews from March 29/30 of 2021 (check out Indeed.com too). Hmm, why so many positive reviews all bunched together? I worked for this company during this time, and they incentivized employees to write good reviews about them because the bad reviews were starting to take over. No benefits, no compensation for miles, they refuse to allow you to call the appointment ahead of time which creates a LOT of no-show appointments that you just wasted your OWN gas on, terrible company cohesion as you can never fully believe what HQ/management say, false promises, entirely too much responsibility placed on salespeople
