Good people working for the company.

100% commission pay is a joke. The company is struggling financially, They have a horrible lead program which makes the Sales Employees rely solely on past customers. This was the worst çompany I've ever worked for. They allow their sales people to starve and could càre less. Their customer base is shrinking due to stiff competition. They sell one item (skid steer) while all other competitors offer many more. I left because I went nine weeks without a check of any kind. I watched others Sales associates struggle and have to sell household items to pay bills. The company does not care about their employees. Been in business for 39 years and the mist senior sales employee has been there 3 years. That says it all !

Branch manager only cares about sales and completely neglects service side. Customer are not treated very well and warranty work is fought against
