If you're seeking an entry-level position, you can honestly do better than this. Unless you want a position where you are essentially a glorified intern who is constantly asking for tasks from your supervisor every few hours and doing a ton of busy work, you won't get a lot of experience modern day experience out of this. The only times you will actually have something interesting to do is when your uppers take the multiple lengthy vacations that they do every month or so where they leave you with their usual tasks. Also, your own life-work balance? You get none.
This is a company consisted of mostly middle-aged people who have not taken many other positions and work as if the company still belongs in the 80s. They send out faxes. Seriously. Also, the work environment is actually very gossipy and catty. Everyone just whispers about each other all the time and then will act all nice to your face as if they didn't just complain about you to four other co-workers just this morning. The environment is toxic. The supervisors don't have enough training. And as an entry level worker, you are treated as easily replaceable and on the bottom tier of the company compared to everyone else.
You know how in their job listings they emphasize how much they care about you and how great their benefits package is? They actually don't and there's a reason why it's emphasized. 16 days PTO that is vacation, sick, & personal time COMBINED. That's all you get in a year. If management actually lets you take any of it without giving you a hard time that is.
Was honestly actively applying for other jobs my entire time here. Only took me like a month to figure it out. Stay away. You'll thank me later.
