      Fairly new company and still working figuring things out. Very middle management heavy.

      Very family oriented company that focuses on the health and well-being of their employees. Not a very large company, which means that decisions can be made quickly to positively impact the bottom line.

      Cons

      Communication from the top down could be a little better, but there has been improvements.
