Pros

The best part about working at Brandpoint is the amazing people here. There are incredibly talented people at Brandpoint and there is such a strong sense of community with so much support for each other (both in the workplace and outside of work). The business is growing and continues to evolve with the market which is very exciting and leads to opportunities to grow in your career if you identify and seize them. It's also really fun, as we grow, to be able to help educate our clients and contribute to tangible business success for them. During my time at Brandpoint I've seen a concerted effort to move from a sales-first organization to one that is focused on doing the right thing for clients and employees. There has been so much positive change in that focus as well as innovation in the work we're doing and I'm excited for where the company is heading.

Cons

Because there is consistent change in digital marketing, Brandpoint has to change with it to stay at the top. This change can bring exciting new opportunities for employees. But I also know some people don't deal well with change and that may be a turn-off. I will add that Brandpoint does a good job communicating and managing changes, especially over the last couple of years.

Pros

Brandpoint is a very "by your bootstraps" company, which can make changes and new things very exciting and a powerful learning experience.. Extreme open-door policy: anyone in the company can walk right into the President's or any executive's office and share their ideas about how to make the company better. They want everyone's ideas and they will listen to you. Hard-work does not go unnoticed: whenever there is a report of extra happy clients or someone who went above and beyond, those message are echoed to the entire staff for congratulations, praise, and great examples of how to be successful here. A lot of motivated and smart co-workers: there are a lot of people here that are committed to expanding their knowledge and growing their skills to overcome the new challenges that constantly surface in the marketing industry, it can make this a very motivating atmosphere. Brandpoint supports training and educating its employees when it will advance their careers and better the company. Happy hour every-other week and summer BBQ's!

Cons

There is some breakdown in communication between departments at both the management and individual contributor level. Brandpoint is very aware of this issue and is working toward making the company a more united team, but it can cause some tricky situations in client management and Sometimes it can feel as though Brandpoint bites off more than it can chew which can make some employees nervous. Some employees can spread some negative attitudes about the company which can be demoralizing.
