      Cons

      Feels like collections more than music industry. Strict quotas with limited guidance. Need to have thick skin to gain anything at all from this job.

      Pros

      Absolutely loved the people during my time here and the encouragement to learn from as many departments as possible. Was given a variety of meaningful projects and felt very welcomed.

      Cons

      Wish there were more in-person events for interns but other than that it was all an incredible experience.
