      Nice facilities. Interesting industry. Health insurance & 401(k).

      Cons

      Management is untrustworthy, disloyal to staff and create a hostile workplace for many. The best and brightest leaders and staff have left or been driven out by less qualified and dishonest individuals with no industry experience and poor leadership skills.

      Insight into the nitty gritty of copyright/music licensing. Great learning experience for overcoming objections, empathetic listening, and music law.

      Cons

      Feels like collections more than music industry. Strict quotas with limited guidance. Need to have thick skin to gain anything at all from this job.
