Pros
They have a fantastic training program. Unfortunately, they did not use this training for their managers.
Cons
They essentially started in NYC as a start-up, backed by Manpower. They hired way too many employees and had too much overhead to start. Also, they hired three branch managers, and brought one over from the UK. The manager from the UK knew what she was doing, two of the managers they hired were good, but the ONLY ONE they kept was HORRIBLE. She treated the employees horribly, was lazy (always texting and taking personal calls) and she knows nothing about the staffing industry.
