Here at Brooksource, we strive to break the stigmas associated with our industry by using a relationship-focused approach to managing our consultants. We have found that by focusing on your needs, we can empower you to thrive. All employees, including consultants, are eligible to participate in our 401K plan after one year of employment - if they have worked over 1,000 hours. We even match employee contributions; this match consists of 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% of your contributions. We are disappointed to hear that your experience could have been better, but we are using your feedback to improve!
