Pros

Approachable leadership that leads by example Excellent managers Top notch culture and people Flexible and remote work options Great work/life balance Unlimited PTO Solid health benefits + 401K Mentorship program Always evolving - keeps you on your toes Constant learning opportunities

Cons

Always evolving can also be a con - while I personally thrive in this setting, the constant change can (and has been) not ideal for some, especially in the last few years.

I cannot tell you how pleased I am to see this review!!! I am so glad you stuck it out with us, and that we've finally found the right balance in the teams. Appreciate all the feedback you might have given along the way - it's how we've been able to "right the ship" as you say. Keep the feedback coming - and don't ever hesitate to personally reach out if you want to share anything! - Kelley Morse, CPO

Pros

- Work from home - Benefits like unlimited PTO - Fun people to work with

Cons

- Low compensation/ salary - Lots of recent turnover/ layoffs - Leaders seem a bit out of touch when it comes to “regular employees” and their issues/ concerns

We do a detailed review of all salaries every year, including an understanding of the market for each role at each location. If you feel that you are being left behind, I'd encourage you to talk to your leader and we can dig deeper. It's also important to recognize that job requests are often opened at the higher end of the salary range for budgeting purposes, but that doesn't mean the new hire will be offered that top end number. I have also been very clear that I'd love to hear feedback, both positive and negative so we can continue making the team better. If we're out of touch with your issues, that would mean we're not hearing from you. I'd be happy to talk through anything that's on your mind. - Mike Henrichs, SVP
