12yUnfortunately, some equate the need to closely monitor underperforming employees as micro-management. Contrary to this post, BIA's management team strives to find team members who have the skill, knowledge and expertise to accomplish their job objectives and responsibilities without such micromanagement! But alas, no one is perfect, and sometimes the wrong people are chosen for a position, and adjustments need to be made. While it was unfortunate that we had to let this particular employee go, we still wish the poster all the best in the future and that he finds a new position better suited to his experience, capabilities and personal goals.
