I have to say this is the most rewarding workplace I’ve experienced. It is a truly mission-driven culture where our core values drive our daily decisions and product. The environment is incredibly agile and fast-paced, which means you are constantly learning. From a career development standpoint, everything is exceptionally clear and tailored to the individual. My only flag is that the business moves so fast that keeping up with the rapid pace can sometimes feel intense. It requires lots of adaptability and resilience, but having such a supportive team makes it completely worth it.
