Pros
The people are sometimes nice.
Cons
Literally everything else. The pay is terrible. The benefits are worse. In your first year, you only accrue 4.5 days of PTO. That isn't enough for a full week of vacation. They have these signs up all over the building that say, "If it costs you your mental health, it's too expensive." That is just lip service from HR> They say these things to try to keep people placated, but they don't actually do anything to help with any of that. They don't give you enough time off. They don't pay enough. They don't care. To CBE, we are just another cog in the machine. They don't care about keeping employees long term because it only takes 2 weeks to train a new employee and they can pay them less than someone that has been there for several years. This is just a terrible company to work for. They don't care about their employees. They have a high turnover rate and then wonder why people don't stick around.
