Pros

Garunteed 40 hours 401k match Headphone allowed

Cons

Favoritism by management even HR. In order to move up you have to suck up and be a snitch. Some even sleep around while her husband is a team leader. Safety is the least of their concerns. They only care about numbers. Nothing but gossip and the TL get involve as well. They did a lot of lay offs. Froze our wage increase. They moved a person up and she’s scraped a ton of kits and still let her keep her spot. Costing the company lost of money. They fires people who speak their mind. They only like people to play their puppets. That place has gone down hill bad so fast. Insurance sucks now. They’re finding the cheap was around things.

Pros

I've had a great experience working at CFAN. The pay is decent and competitive for the industry, and the benefits package is impressive—covering everything from health and dental to generous PTO and retirement plans. One of the standout aspects is the flexibility in management. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback, creating a collaborative and supportive work environment. Work-life balance is genuinely respected, which is refreshing. The company is also in a strong growth phase, offering plenty of opportunities for career advancement. There's a clear path for professional development, and employees are encouraged to take initiative and grow with the company. Overall, it's a fantastic place to work, especially for those looking for a stable yet dynamic environment with room to build a long-term career.

Cons

There is commonly OT, but almost always voluntary
