      Pros

      They are very good company to work for. They will get you home when you ask to be home. The maximum number of days you're allowed to stay home is 30 if you have the days saved up.

      Cons

      Starting a family will be troubling because you are on the road most of the time.

      The systems set in place are well thought out and the company is organized. Everyone is a team player.

      Pros

      Training program for inexperienced drivers

      Cons

      Expect to much for drivers just out of training and on their own, training isn't enough for what they expect out of you, communication from fleet leaders and dispatch is terrible, and not forth coming.
