      They take care of you. Good miles. Decent home time

      Cons

      Sucks to go up north during the winter. Don't make you chain up but sometimes u have to with the snow being so terrible. I'm hey run all 48 states

      Pros

      Training program for inexperienced drivers

      Cons

      Expect to much for drivers just out of training and on their own, training isn't enough for what they expect out of you, communication from fleet leaders and dispatch is terrible, and not forth coming.
