Pros
My direct supervisor was amazing, helpful and genuinely concerned for my well being.
Cons
Unfortunately, because of my physical health I was unable to continue working for them. I worked one day in one week and one day in another week, before coming to the decision that I was just not physically able to stand for that long. It took me a month to receive one check for the one day, which is already ridiculous, but I have now been waiting 9 weeks for an $84 check for one day's work. I have emailed HR numerous times, gotten standard issue responses to wait and wait some more, and yet here I am 9 weeks later still haven't been paid for a 6-hour shift. I find it quite disturbing that there is no phone number that I can just call and talk to a human being and get this situation figured out. It kind of tells me that this company doesn't really care about their people beyond immediate supervisory positions. There is no way to contact HR other than email and then wait 3 to 5 business days for them to respond? And I have repeatedly asked them in the emails to call me. No avail of course. I'm so absolutely disgusted I would not ever recommend working for this company. Any human resources department that hides behind their computers in order to keep from paying their staff legitimate wages is no company I want to work forever again and I wouldn't suggest anyone else work there either.
