Pros
usually easy work, employment isn't hard to obtain.
Cons
Only two breaks per shift, 3 is you're working 12hrs. getting breaks is unreliable so if you don't like missing breaks you're not gonna like it. The rules on headphones and music are strange and don't make much sense. though advancement in position can happen, it's unlikely, and there are better-paying jobs out there.
