Pros

They have leaders in the company that truly seem to care on a regional level and really seem to care about us at the onsite level.

Cons

Those leaders have ABSOLUTELY no control to make any difference. I have been a Community Manager for almost 6 years and never have I worked for a company that had absolutely no idea what they are doing. We would have meetings for no reasons that would lead nowhere.

Supportive team environment with great training and onboarding. Strong company culture that focuses on resident experience and employee development. Competitive benefits, housing discounts, and opportunities to grow within the company. Management is generally approachable and encourages professional growth.

Cons

Workload and expectations can be high at times, especially during busy seasons. Growth opportunities may feel limited depending on location or leadership. Some inconsistency in communication from upper management.
