They are going above and beyond for residents, it’s wonderful to see!

During all of this, it feels like employees aren’t cared for. We have a rent deferment program for residents and employees are not allowed to take part in, even though a lot of us rely on more than just our income for rent. Most assistant managers aren’t hitting their bonus for people paying rent on time and leasing is down tenfold so those bonuses are also not happening. A lot of companies have offered either hazard pay or an additional bonus to help during this time and CWS isn’t giving back to employees at all.
