cut pay and due to how the contract was written, employees have no choice but to take the cut. but there are no changes with responsibilities so employees tend to do more for less, which is a big problem. This changed the whole atmosphere and motivation sunk. people started leaving here and there sometimes 2-3 per month. there are unpaid showroom shifts. travel reimbursement is not enough or in line with inflation. lots of politics within management. bottom line, CC was great until it wasn't anymore.
