Just meh - Designer California Closets Employee Review

Great culture. Being the brand of belonging resonates inside and outside of the organization. Leadership cares about team members as people and not just employees.

Not really any cons from my perspective

Not hard at all. Easy to learn.

Pay is ok. No real room for advancement. You'll do your role you were hired for. You'll get raises yearly, but that's about it.
