      Good Management, good work environment, decent salary, plenty of paid time off, bonus annually, not far for me to drive.

      Cons

      Was caught in the layoff but not surprised, at 75 it was time for me to retire.

      Great company with excellent pay and solid benefits package. Extremely clean environment with new and calibrated tooling and machinery.

      Cons

      Newport News is a very crowded city.
