Pros
I work with an amazing management team and one great set manager as well as regional manager. They have a heavy workload and still find time to help with other tasks when needed that don’t pertain to their title or duties. Most helpful management I have worked with as well.
Cons
We become short staffed. There is a high turnover rate on freight haulers only because they come in late and call in causing suspension and eventually they quit or are fired.
