Pros

Semi-Competitive Pay + Possible Bonus Incentives

Cons

Cut-throat company that will chew you up and spit you out without any warning or consideration for your well-being. I would strongly recommend working for another company like Greenheck or Trane, which are more established and seem to have moral values where this company does not.

Pros

Great products and a growing company with opportunity for professional development.

Cons

Strong internal competition (on the sales side at least) with weak territory controls. Pay isn't very competitive with competitors.
