Pros

Company does have a good mission

Cons

Culture is toxic. Too many leadership changes. No stability. A lot of people fired. Benefits are hugely expensive. I am looking for another job to leave as soon as I can and so are a lot of others.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. It is taken seriously, especially concerns related to culture, stability, and leadership. Care Synergy is not experiencing broad leadership turnover. We are currently preparing for the retirement of a long-tenured leader and thoughtfully hiring their successor to ensure continuity and stability. Regarding the perception that “a lot of people are being fired,” this is not reflected in enterprise workforce data. While performance and conduct issues are addressed when necessary, there has simply not been a pattern of terminations at Care Synergy. That said, perception matters, and it is important to better understand this experience. HR welcomes the opportunity to connect confidentially to learn more. Please reach out at cshr@caresynergynetwork.org if you are open to a conversation.
