CEO says the right things in public but is then absent for any of the execution. Surrounds himself with fairly mediocre VPs (e.g. HR, IT and Bus Dev) who add virtually no value to the affiliate operations yet all receive exorbitant salaries and annual bonus payments. They’re squeezing the life out of the four affiliates in an apparent effort to create one giant enterprise controlled from Denver.
CEO appears to enjoy creating chaos and is then puzzled when there’s so little real progress on poorly defined goals. His VPs are then not held accountable for results.
