      Empowered to manage your daily tasks and role duties on your own. You are given ownership of your area. They only hire the best of the best here so the people you work with are usually top notch. Pay well, and have a great vision going forward.

      Growing fast, and there are some growing pains with that but overall good.

      Pros

      Everyone in the company genuinely wants to help you as a new associate. You are treated like an individual person rather than just a number. The flexibility of being able to work from home to spend more time with family is amazing.

      Pros

      This company has an amazing company culture and solid foundation for training. The support I’ve received not only with my trainers but throughout the department has been incredible. With volunteer opportunities company wide and a focus on employees this has been an out of this world experience. This is truly my second family.
