Pros
Almost always overtime available. Good team camaraderie.
Cons
Worked to the bone - asked to stay late all the time to meet demands of customers, many times based off of poor planning. Even if you're team is working over capacity metrics, more time is asked of you. Typically put in 6 days a week and you're still 4 days behind. Promises of raises and of greater benefits go unfulfilled, even after 6 months. Low pay. Many long term people who work hard are unknown to HR and upper management, which determines who forever stays a 'temp hire' and who gets 'hired on'.
