      Pros

      Volunteer time off and holidays were paid.

      Cons

      The culture is driven by micromanagement and fear. Favoritism and bullying are common, creating a toxic and unsupportive environment where employees feel undervalued and unsafe to speak up. Would never recommend Centerspace to anyone. Pay non-competitive and stingy with money even though goals were always highly surpassed.

      Pros

      The culture is unbeatable. I’ve worked in different industries and various company sizes - it’s rare to find a culture of this caliber. Benefits are standard for the industry. I would say pay is slightly above average. They take care of their people and work life balance is great!

      Cons

      Some policies could benefit from having black and white expectations rather than being vague or open to interpretation. Limited growth opportunities due to company size.
