They are a military-friendly company and they don't just say that to sound good, the CEO (Pam) works daily to find solutions on how to employ more military spouses and veterans. CPP has one of the best company cultures I have ever seen. The team is a family and everyone treats one another with the highest level of respect. CPP functions at such a high level because each of it's team members operate as a solid unit, while still highlighting individual strengths and passions.
