      Pros

      If you know your job, you will have opportunities to teach, learn new skills, and in some instances travel to other plants to help out.

      Cons

      The company corporate structure isn't normal. Mostly a father and sons run company with lots of frightened yes men hovering around. Some plants are well run and some have list their will to succeed. Choose wisely.
