This environment can be stressful; there's a lot of work to do, and competing priorities. However, for my experience, I've seen first hand and I trust that Sr Leadership has taken feedback to heart to create and sustain meaningful change.
Over the past year, I've seen optimization of worfklows, improvements in strategic alignment of goals, in decision-making authority, and responsiveness by Sr Leadership to accurately diagnose their own role in creating some of that burden. I've seen them lift and sustain changes that reduce some of that friction.
I'm bought in; there's a lot of work to do, but I feel empowered to make impacts that will lead to positive outcomes for our teams and, ultimately, for the patients that use our product.
