Chronic Burnout & Understaffing: This is the primary drawback. The system is consistently understaffed, leading to a "treadmill" effect where the workload never lets up. While burnout is common across this industry, the persistent lack of resources here makes long-term sustainability very difficult. High-Stress Environment: The pace and pressure are not for everyone long-term. While it is an excellent place to learn a lot in a short amount of time, it takes a very specific type of person to maintain this level of output for many years without hitting a wall.
