Pros
Company is relatively new with approximately 30-35 employees and culturally diverse, which is refreshing. The majority of the staff, including the CEO, are millennials (mid to late 20's, early 30's) so they're big on technology. Being in my mid 40's, I was able to learn new software or app's as they call them.
Cons
Policies tended to be set and changed often. Too many meetings, too much talk, not enough results. Employee input and suggestions were often sought but rarely resulted in any type of progress. Some favoritism towards male employees and nepotism--which resulted in me being supervised by a much younger, over bearing, micro-managing, know it all type. I'm not opposed to having a younger supervisor, but a micro-manager with a condescending attitude working from her out of state home office, calling throughout the day to bark orders? No thanks.
