Pros
The benefits are nice, as is the remote work option.
Cons
Chamberlain recently laid off a LOT of employees who had worked for years with 2 days notice (they were told on a Friday afternoon that Tuesday is their last day). Even with this happening, they allowed teams to hire new employees 1-2 months ago, so time was wasted on training new employees who were just going to be let go anyways. Pay is low for the industry and annual raises are tiny, if you get one. The work is exhausting, and there is no end in sight of being short-staffed. Chamberlain expects the same amount of work to get done with half the amount of people.
