      Great working hours if you’re an early riser. (5:30-2) Great management. Address any issues that you face. Small team that gets along. Laid back atmosphere Paid COVID leave

      Cons

      No room for advancement. Accrue sick time at a slow rate and only get 2 weeks vacation after a year of employment.
