Pros

great hours, approachable and knowledgeable supervisors, relaxed atmosphere, low office drama, everyone helps each other and encourages one another, everyone helps each other succeed and cheers each other on towards our goals both personal and professional, everyone makes an effort to get along, excellent support network/support staff, nice bonuses for reaching goals.

Cons

lower than expected pay, no overtime available, would like higher rate of pto/comp time, offices can sometimes be noisy interfering with focus/concentration, no cars provided for office staff, more office space needed/ larger meeting rooms needed.

Pros

I love that they will work with you having a family!!! I love each of the office staff they all have been wonderful to me.

Cons

Wish the pay was a bit better wish we could hey paid gas mileage Wish we got the option for PTO, vacation and sick leave

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate all that you do for CNHHS. Pay rate increases are typically based on reimbursement rates that the State provides to CNHHS for services. We are a non profit organization so anytime those increases happen, we evaluate pay increases for our PCAs. Your feedback on mileage & PTO will be passed along to our Administrator.
