Pros

Good pay for most positions, good location, nice campus

Cons

This is a very “who you know type of workplace.” The managers will pretend to care about you but in fact they are micromanaging you to make sure that you are doing their job. They utilize a program called ICARE which is what they sell as, keeping the work place "diverse" and "inclusive" but in reality, it’s used to work against you. The program allows them an ultimate avenue to fire you and they have no qualms firing people for no cause, and HR never has your best interest at heart. There are certain department heads with enormous egos and when you test it you will be removed, so you need to learn to avoid them at all cost. Another program they use is their “hotline” to file complaints, WORST mistake anyone can do is use this. HR will immediately investigate the complaint, but they will investigate the person lodging the complaint more and if they can get away with it, they will fire that employee over the one violating policy. Why, because for them it’s easier to replace a “worker” rather than a manager. The legal department will do what it takes to provide an avenue to “justify” releasing the complainant, even to the point of lying or using policies that don’t even apply. They even go as far as bragging that they have the EEOC in their pocket. So, they never really worry when employees file EEOC complaints because they know they are going to win and believe when I say, they are not always in the right. This place is very cut throat, backstabbing and toxic and the best part about it, is they know this but will do everything to pretend it’s not happening. Best advice, if you get hired, learn to be 100% invisible.
