Honestly, up to the customers of the day.

Great culture, my coworkers were awesome, and I liked the majority of my bosses (shift leads, kitchen leads, etc.).

Management had a bit of toxic positivity and some unrealistic expectation tbh. It's food service, so expect the common things, stress and rushing and always on your feet. Very exhausting job. I took pride in what I did but I wouldn't want to do it as a forever job.
