If you’re “in” with the family, there is ton of special treatment
Cons
See pros for the cons! You are also treated like you are under lock and key. Clock in and out. No Wi-Fi password is given and no service in the building.
The pros about this place was the hours were flexible and job was easy enough. Some of the people there were friendly.
Cons
The work could be repetitive. High turnover rate. A lot of bullying/talking behind your back if your bosses didn’t like you. All it took really would be to make one single mistake and that was enough sometimes. One of the bosses would even encourage employees to join in or just laugh and do nothing to shut it down. It messed with my mental health as well as others. It also made people afraid to make complaints because they were afraid of retaliation.
